The Code of Ethics guides us in our daily business operations to maintain the highest ethical, legal and business standards and to fully comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. We do not recommend to our clients, or buy or sell for our client accounts, securities in which we or a related person has a material financial interest.

From time-to-time, we may invest in the same securities that we recommend to our clients. These publicly traded securities include mutual funds, equities, ETFs, and Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs). Typically, these transactions do not create a conflict of interest. If a transaction involves a potential conflict of interest between our interest and our clients’ interest, the conflicting transaction will be resolved in our clients’ favor.
